Chris is a graduate of the UC Davis School of Law. He is licensed to practice in the state of New York. In addition to his private immigration practice, he is a visiting professor of law at UC Davis, where he is the supervising attorney for the King Hall Immigration Detention project. Before practicing immigration law, he trained expert witnesses with a firm in Massachusetts. He earned a BA in Comparative Area Studies from Duke University in 1993, and lived and studied in Moscow before entering law school. He now lives in Marin County, CA, with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs. |
Jennifer is a graduate of Bates College and the UC
Davis School of Law. She is
licensed to practice in California. In addition to her
criminal appellate practice based in Marin County, CA, she also works with
this office to pursue post-conviction relief for immigrants who have
suffered convictions in California courts.
Jennifer has a long history of fighting for the rights of others. She has worked in South Africa for electoral reform, interned in state and county public defenders offices, and and participated in the ongoing development of international trade prohibitions against commercial trafficking in endangered species. |
